Modern Homes

ModernHome is a /home plugin with a proper menu. Players open a clean GUI, see all of their homes, click one to teleport, and can name or rename them. Every item in the menu is customisable, including custom model data, the number of homes is permission based, and hex colours work on every item and message. It is the coolest /home plugin your players will use.
