Web dashboard

The dashboard is where your team does its work. From one screen you can see weekly activity, recent punishments and reports, look up any member and act on them, and review appeals. Every action taken from the dashboard or from Discord is logged with who did it, when, and why.

Punishments and appeals

Ban, kick, mute, warn or timeout any member, permanently or for a set duration. Each punishment has a full history that staff can look up at any time. Members can appeal a punishment through the built-in appeal system, and staff review, accept or deny appeals from the dashboard, with the whole conversation kept on record.

Reports and moderation

Members can report other users directly from Discord. Reports arrive in a dedicated queue where staff can review the evidence, look at the reported user's recent messages, and resolve the report with a punishment or dismissal. Advanced auto-moderation catches spam, links, banned words and other configurable patterns before a human needs to step in.

Staff control

Permissions are assigned inside Plex Staff, not through Discord roles. Decide exactly which actions each staff member may take, cap how many actions they can perform in a given period, and see a complete history of what every member of your team has done.
