Ticket panels and categories

Create as many panels and categories as you need, each with its own support roles, questions, emoji and channel naming. Members pick a category from the panel, answer the questions you set up in a modal, and a ticket channel opens with the right staff already notified. Categories can require a role, so premium or verified support stays separate from general requests.

Working the ticket

Staff claim tickets so everyone knows who is handling what. Tickets can be renamed, pinned, prioritised, tagged, transferred to another category, or blacklisted users can be kept out entirely. When a ticket creator leaves the server the bot tells you. The inactivity monitor warns the member and auto-closes tickets that go quiet, on the schedule you choose.

Closing, reviews and transcripts

Every close records a reason, the participants, message counts and the staff member who closed it. Members are asked to rate their support from one to five stars, and every rating is tracked per staff member. A transcript is generated in HTML or TXT and can be viewed online, so nothing said in a ticket is ever lost. Closed tickets can be archived so staff can still read them, or reopened if the member comes back.

Working hours and AI responses

Set working hours and the bot lets members know when they open a ticket outside them, with your full weekly schedule. The AI integration answers common questions automatically, and the analytics panel shows how many responses it handled, average response time and how much of the load it took off your team.

Suggestions, invoices and statistics

The advanced suggestion system lets members post ideas with up and down votes, discussion threads and status updates. Send PayPal, Stripe or crypto invoices straight from a ticket and track whether they were paid. Detailed statistics cover the whole server and every staff member, including tickets handled, claims, average response time and ratings, with a staff leaderboard for your team.

Self hosted, your data

Plex Tickets runs on your own server and stores its data in your own MongoDB database. You keep full control of your tickets, transcripts and configuration, and the addon system lets you extend it further.
